2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the chatbots developed remain with CHBOCO. Clients receive a license to use these chatbots as per individual agreements.
3. User Accounts
We may establish contractor accounts in the future, which will be governed by specific account management terms.
4. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from:
- Misusing our services.
- Violating intellectual property rights of CHBOCO or others.
5. Termination
Services may be terminated according to the terms in contractual agreements. Upon termination, we may delete all related data, except logs, if requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
CHBOCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to service use.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction where CHBOCO is operated, according to applicable laws.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take immediate effect upon posting.
